Dr. Sionit, Lanie, Kat, and the whole team are professional and patient. Dr. Sionit coordinated my very complex case with four doctors, cared for my health outside of orthodontics, and presented many medical options for me to pick from. Dr. Sionit patiently and clearly explained the options for me until I understood. So I felt in control of my care the whole time, and I had the option to back out of my treatment plan 5 visits in with no penalty. One of the options was:"no ortho" .... What orthodontist presents the choice of : "don't do ortho?" :) The honesty is just heartwarming and I really got the sense they wanted what was best for me. Once you get to the appointment they are kind and patient responding to all my questions and concerns about my daughters treatment. They have caramel cash which is toy cash they give to kiddos after appointments and you cant imagine how it changes ALL the experience for them, they get to exchange their cash for great prices and toys and every month they have a theme going on that is fun and colorful, this month its summer colorful popsicles!
