In her orthodontic practice, Dr. Sionit is deeply committed to achieving the best results for her patients. She believes orthodontics is not only a way to improve dental health but also enhance facial aesthetics and smiles. The blend of science and art, along with the opportunity to help patients feel more confident in their appearance, are what drew her to the profession. Seeing the positive impact on her patient’s self-confidence is her favorite reward!
Find out more about Dr. Sionit with these get-to-know-you questions we asked her:
If you weren’t an orthodontist, what would you be?
Many occupations interest me! . . . a kindergarten teacher, child psychologist, orthognathic surgeon, photographer, party planner, or stay-at-home mom, but not necessarily in that order.
Favorite holiday?
It’s a toss-up between Halloween and Thanksgiving!
What show are you watching?
The British Baking Show, I’m addicted to it. I really like the way the competitors are supportive of each other – it’s very different than other “reality” shows.
Three random things someone may not know about you?
- My background studies were in Psychology. I still love learning about why people think and act the way they do. (Is it a coincidence that my patients also recline while I’m treating them? Hmmm.)
- I love to dance, which embarrasses my kiddos.
- I care about the environment and all the amazing things that live in it. I love getting outside and I want my kids and their kids to be able to get out and enjoy it, too.
